Make it stand out.
After 30 years, Mt Zero Log Cabins are now under new, friendly management. Neil Heaney will make your stay comfortable and welcoming.
Located on the northern edges of the beautiful Grampians National Park Mt Zero Log Cabins overlook the spectacular northern peaks of Mt Zero, Hollow Mountain and Mt Stapylton. The cabins provide a perfect base for rock climbing, bouldering, walking or the many diverse activities offered by the Grampians National Park.
Rising abruptly from the surrounding Western Plains, the Grampians (Gariwerd) are a series of rugged sandstone mountain ranges and forests rich in wildlife. One of Victoria’s most popular holiday destinations, the park is a great venue for climbing, scenic drives, bushwalks and bird and wildflower observing.
A network of walking tracks throughout the park allows you to explore cascading waterfalls, brilliant spring wildflower displays, and panoramic views from lookouts. Home to 970 native plant species, 200 species of birds and abundant native animals, the Grampians National Park is the fourth largest national park in Victoria. The park is made up of four precipitous and spectacular ranges formed millions of years ago when the sandy sediments lifted and tilted to form the distinctive landscape seen today.
